Dr. Andrew Park MD, CCFP(EM), M.Ed, MBA
CEO, RhynoCare & Therapia
Dr. Park serves as the CEO of RhynoCare and our subsidiary Therapia, where he leads with a powerful combination of clinical excellence and visionary leadership. A steadfast advocate for innovation, equity, and patient-centred care, Dr. Park is dedicated to transforming how healthcare is delivered, ensuring it is more connected, compassionate, and accessible for all.
Dr. Park made history as the 142nd President of the Ontario Medical Association, becoming the first East Asian physician to represent over 43,000 doctors across the province.
His extensive educational background includes a medical degree from the University of Toronto, Family Medicine training at Queen’s University, and a fellowship in Emergency Medicine from Dalhousie University. He also holds a Master’s in Education in Adult Learning and Global Change, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and is a certified professional coach through the Co-Active Training Institute.
As CEO, Dr. Park champions a bold, human-centred vision for the future of healthcare. He is passionate about fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that bridges technology with compassionate care—always keeping the needs of patients and providers at the heart of every decision.
Randy Covens

Randy Covens is a dynamic, bilingual (English/French) finance executive with a strong track record of driving transformation and growth across healthcare, insurance, and financial services. As CFO of RhynoCare, he brings deep expertise in finance, accounting, strategy, and operations.
Known for his hands-on leadership, Randy excels at building high-performing teams and aligning financial strategy with operational execution. A strategic partner and trusted leader, he plays a key role in RhynoCare’s continued growth and innovation.
Dave Thiru, BA
Executive Vice President, Operations
As RhynoCare’s Executive Vice President, Dave brings a background in Economics and a proven track record in tech-driven B2B growth. Formerly, as our Head of Strategic Partnerships, Dave has been instrumental in shaping RhynoCare’s values driven culture and continues to play a key role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
As EVP he will continue to bring his expertise in scaling businesses, building high-impact partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams.
Lisa Lee, RN
Co-Founder & Vice President, Finance & Marketing
With over a decade of experience as a Surgical Nurse, Lisa brings a frontline perspective to RhynoCare’s leadership team. Her deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care dynamics uniquely informs the company’s financial and marketing strategies.
As Vice President, Lisa oversees financial planning, budgeting, and brand positioning, ensuring that both internal operations and outward messaging align with RhynoCare’s mission.
Jeevetha Jeganathan
Director, Care Coordination
Jeevetha is the driving force behind RhynoCare’s high-performing Care Coordination team. She has over a decade of experience in healthcare services and clinical operations.
Since joining RhynoCare, Jeevetha has transformed our Care Coordination department into an efficient and scalable system.
